All agility groups may apply to AAC for member status for the purpose of promoting dog agility, following the standards set forth by AAC.
Member agility groups may apply to hold sanctioned AAC Agility Trials and will receive free advertising on our “Club List” on the AAC website.
Individuals may also apply for membership.
All members will receive the Rule Book as well as benefit from reduced fees on AAC merchandise such as ATChC plaques and Title pins as well as, when offered, a discount on Nationals entry fees.
Membership also entitles you to run for the Board of Directors, vote in accordance with the By-laws, attend a Judge's Clinic or apply to represent the AAC at the IFCS World Team event.
Note that there is a required membership term for some of these.
Please note: all dogs who compete in AAC trials require a Dog Identification number. This number is valid for the
dog's competitive career and is purchased separately from AAC membership.
Members are encouraged to enter and support AAC Trials.
Most important of all, your membership supports the Agility Association of Canada, which is after all, you the membership!
Membership fees are;
- $25 + Tax per year for individual memberships.
- $35 + Tax per year for a family membership.
- $50 + Tax per year for club memberships.
Fees are subject to;
- 5% GST AB, SK, MB, QC, PE, NU, NWT, YU
- 12% HST BC
- 13% HST ON, NB, NL
- 15% HST NS
A reminder that membership expires on Dec.31
